At this point ...


and a few years ago I started this blog, for several reasons.

one hand helped me to try to make public a situation, the mine and all my roommates, against the machinations of a psychopath that the company had put in charge of the section. The great thing is that the subject acted as he did so knowing that his superiors looked the other way.

When he retired the psychopath, the company saw fit to endorse those words that others will that will make you good, putting an upstart with the same empathy that a hippopotamus.

writings also helped to draw away from me, the hard feelings that for more than twenty-five years I had to endure. There is nothing worse than these things stored inside. In the long run just to generate some kind of physical condition, apart from souring your personality and even cause some form of depression.

Another of my claims, perhaps the most idealistic, the company was to try to change their attitude toward their hard workers. I'm always surprised by the hostility with which the company treated its employees. While serving as a donkey and do not peel off the track, were treated without too much contempt. But, poor you that you had ideas. So you were crushed without mercy.

Fortunately, little by little (and do not think that has to do with my writing), has been changing this attitude, I guess the quality of people who have been climbing. Today is only a remnant that refuses to lift anchor of the past by clinging, refusing to enter the new millennium.

also wanted to with my writings, to show that company policy be consistent in throwing smoke screens to act as they please. I never seemed too unethical for a company to buy from suppliers who know, exploiting kids and fills the mouth expressing great interest in improving society, even creating a code of business conduct which then fails.

course is not easy for a hard worker and company, to develop their work with enthusiasm. On one side knows that the company is not nothing but a kleanex something disposable. On the other hand, the worker knows that the company has no ethics that claims to have and only reacts when the international community the false catches.

known that I am optimistic. I survive only those companies able to see that what makes human beings grow, whether employees, customers or suppliers. Maybe even be able to hire people based on their ethics, and its ability to do the job.

Not long ago I read an interview with Don Tapscott in La Vanguardia. He spoke of the five principles to be met by companies wishing to develop in the era we are entering: the digital age:

• collaboration, as opposed to the hierarchy.

• Openness and transparency (this will cost a lot to some company).

• Interdependence.

• Sharing intellectual property is no longer necessary.

• have integrity.

Well. For that to happen something must pass many years, if not centuries ...

can even (dreaming is free) to receive my classmates and I, sincere apologies for having punished the company with such leaders.

And, what does all this rant?.

All this comes to be the announcement of a change. And announce to the world, fortunately, not just in the business world. There are many things that are beautiful and worth to know.

Hence I wish to announce that I will open another blog. Established that will be a different blog. I will not touch any item of business, but not open that, I will close it (sorry ...).

mainly what I'll talk at some point, something moved in me.

There are many things that helped me survive the twenty-five years of harassment and the remainder with the above: my relationships with others, music, literature, nature, bike ...

The new blog will talk music, literature, photography ...

Today

could say that without music, Luis had not ever reached this year.

When you lose trust in others, music can help you recover. Perhaps it is the only language capable of expressing feelings.

In a world where words are just that, words, more and more empty of content, it is sometimes necessary to reach a more universal, more sincere.

To me, helped me music, taking in the new blog of special relevance.
